In the Kansai region where chef Junichi Ikematsu hails from, ôkini is a term of thanks.

Since its opening, we've seen Ôkini as an opportunity to have fun and turn all kinds of ideas into reality. We now have a growing selection of sakes, wines, beers, Japanese products and specialties to sample. In the manner of Japanese kaku-uchi 角打ち (a hybrid establishment between a bar and a convenience store), it's now possible to taste purchased products on the spot. No reservations, no complications, if there's a spot, grab it!
