A brief history of the Salad Sisters: in 2004, Mandy and Rebecca Wolfe opened the first "create your own salad" counter in the backroom of a women's clothing store in Montreal.
Mandy's Laurier opened its doors in 2008 to bring healthy yet gourmet salads to the Plateau. In addition to salads, they also offer seasonal soups and smoothies, and have a magnificent terrace where you can unwind.
